Outstanding-delivery was a week earlier than stated-
Just got it-can't wait to plug it all in, and use it. It came a week earlier than planned. Meaning, 10x14 area rug coming Monday, and now I'm gonna need to get help to carry it onto the rug [I guess that is a GOOD complaint] ... waiting for the Misses to help plugging it in....So far it looks and feels awesome, plus it doesn't "sink in" when I sit on it....UPDATE 4/15/25:WOWZIERS.... this MUSt be the best recliner ever built/made!!!! Me: 5'8" 200lbs [used to be 432lbs] fits in this, plenty of room, neck support, etcThe Misses: 5'10" & 36 inch legs.... this is why I bought this because of her LONG LEGGS... always hanging over the foot rest [plus me a little] legs tuning numb... totally uncomfortable! This has the leg extension [it moves out as you recline back [about 6 inches] & goes pretty flat! This with the headrest that is powered up [not a mechanical adjuster] and tucks under your head, makes watching TV nice or just sitting there.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO HAS LONG LEGS, OR SHORT LIKE ME & THEY HANG OFF THE EDGE...watch the two videos, which helped me settle on these.... We have a Husky, and he'll join us up here now..

Great Quality for the Value
I love almost everything about this couch so if I don't mention something specific that's because it's not a problem. As mentioned in many reviews, it is a bit on the firm side but the older I get the more I find that type of thing is better for my back problems. I switched to a firmer bed years ago and found the same benefit. On top of that, I tested a used floor model at my local furniture store before deciding to buy mine and it will soften up eventually.I only have two negatives to say about the couch and it's just nitpicking at this point:1. The wireless chargers aren't very good. I have to use a specific case for mounting my phone on my motorcycle which works just fine with most of my other wireless chargers but not with these ones. The charge gets interrupted so often that it barely charges when I have the case on. They work okay without the case and may work fine with thinner cases made of soft plastics but all my other wireless chargers are faster. They also have the same draw back that most wireless charges have where you can't really use your phone while it's charging so I only ever use them when watching movies.2. If you have cats that claw this type of material then it will show very quickly. My cats don't claw this couch for pleasure like they did my old couch made of standard fabrics but they have dug in a few times when startled and jumping on/off the couch. I can clearly see the holes they have left on the arm rest they prefer to sit.

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED
No dislikes. The sofa is exactly as described. The cushions are very firm, the headrests are adjustable and the storage is fantastic. The center "island" of the sofa of course does not recline but can be used either for sitting or you can drop down the middle back to expose 2 extra cup holders, 2 headlamp lights, 2 USBs, and 2 outlets PLUS storage for magazines, etc. The sofa has 2 more cup holders, 1 each on the right and left recliner PLUS the armrests open to expose very deep and long storage compartments. What more can you ask? I'm 5'10" and my feet do not hang off the recliner. My husband at 6'5"...yes, his feet are off the recliner but that's with everything he's ever sat in.Now for the delivery companies involved. Amazon took their good sweet time with transporting the sofa to the delivery companies. The sofa was purchased on February 9th with delivery scheduled for the 11th or 12. Amazon DID NOT turn the sofa over for delivery for FIVE WEEKS. This was not an error on the part of NSD who upon receipt of the sofa turned it over to Blue Marble for delivery in Delaware. Both NSD and Blue Marble were both great to work with and did what was required to deliver the sofa properly, promptly, and in great shape. I can't begin to tell you how much my husband and I appreciated that as we are both in our mid to late 70s. Some people are blaming the delivery services for the wait when they should be blaming Amazon who is the shipper....their trucks, are their problem.AMAZON, on the other hand, I'd like to ring their necks for lying to me. Not ONE customer service rep could find this sofa for 5 weeks. No one knew where it was, what shape it was in, or even what state and what warehouse they had it sitting in. While customer service really made an effort to find it and did compensate some minor "cash back" for the inconvenience, the higher-up mucky mucks who set the original delivery date of the 11th or 12th and kept us waiting 5 weeks should be cleaning toilets at a rest stop somewhere in the desert.Would I buy this sofa again....absolutely. Would I ever buy a large ticket piece of furniture through Amazon again? Absolutely not.As with all furniture, you should take the extra warranty. I extended the manufacturer's warranty with additional coverage for 3 years, which by the way, Amazon ate 5 weeks of by misplacing the sofa.
