I installed one of these 1.1mm jets in my Armor All cannon and now the foam cannon works great. Before changing the jet, the foam cannon did work but the foam was too runny. After installing the replacement jet, the foam is thick and clings to the surface of the vehicle as it should. I use TW Hybrid Solutions Pure Wash with my cannon and it sprays on thick like a shaving cream now thanks to this 1.1mm jet.Pros: resolved runny foam problem, use less wash solution, brass, easy to install, dramatically increased dwell timeCons: none

I took this 1.1mm orifice and replaced the other 2.5mm orifice on my foam cannon because I have a low GPM pressure washer (1.1GPM). My Adam's foam cannon had a minimum requirement of 1.4PGM. So shrinking the orifice allowed for more pressure and allowed me to achieved the desired foam.

I have an electric power washer and it doesn’t have the highest flow rate (GPM). Using that with my Hydro MTM foam cannon resulted in very watery suds. The suds wouldn’t stick to the car and would just run down the sides quickly. I replaced the nozzle with this nozzle and now I get nice thick foam that sticks to the car and gives me plenty of time to get my mitts and scrub down the entire side. Definitely recommend if you’re having issues with runny foam/suds out of your foam cannon.

Replaced on my washer gun, now it gives perfect foam everytime.

Used with an Eclipse foam cannon from Repco, a typical example of these snow foam adapters that all seem to be the same basic design. This one requires a pressure washer capable of between 2000 and 5000 psi, so well in excess of the cheap consumer units most people have. The smaller orifice jet from Black Ridge makes the Eclipse entirely usable with a humble 1600 psi Karcher K2. Excellent product!
