I have to use this camera every day for my zoom work meetings. PROS: - it truly was plug and play, although i do have an external micophone so i did have to configure my settings to disable the audio on the camera. - sure reliable. never has given me any connectivity or functional issues CONS: - the video quality is okay but not great made my face look extremely red; i do have fair skin and am sitting in a room with the window behind me and a warm light. so it could be an issue with my lighting, but i purchased this camera because it had the ring light so i was hoping it'd offset the lighting, it didn't. i had to turn down the saturation to not look like a tomato, but that altered the video quality

I absolutely love this webcam. The quality is excellent, and it works perfectly for video calls and recording. The built-in light is a great bonus. It's incredibly easy to install: just plug it in and you're good to go. I use it with my laptop without any issues.

defecive it worked for maybe a week then it started glitching and turning off on itself. now it dont work at all. i know someone else with the same camera and has no issues but mine just dont work. the cord is shorted or something
