GREAT tool for refurbishing old, neglected rifles. Doesn’t mar steel and gets into tight places. I’ve spent hours aggressively using it and it still holds a tight point.

This brass pick is very versatile and can be used to clean any firearm. A flat tip screwdriver tip on one end and a pointed tip on the other is well thought out. What really makes me like this tool is how well you can clean the bolt carrier for an AR 15 with it. The screwdriver end can get to and scrape carbon on the shoulder where the bolt tailpiece goes into. The tool itself will pass through the hole where the bolt tailpiece goes into the bolt carrier just right. These places are notoriously hard to get to. This tool is ideal for cleaning the bolt carrier. The knurling in the middle helps get a grip with oily hands. A simply brilliant cleaning tool!
