Excellent Product!
This equipment is easy to use, stores easily, and is a great value for the price. All of the functions are easy to use and work perfectly. I suggest studying the instruction manual prior to use, especially if you are a first time user. The user instructions are written very well and are easy to understand, which is always very helpful. Visual accuracy is excellent. The crosshairs are very clear when adjusted properly. This product appears to be built very well. I am very satisfied with mine, which says a lot because I am very picky about ease of use and quality issues. Highly recommended.

Very usable by novice surveyor.
The transit was much better than I expected. Has allowed detailed survey of wooded lot. You still need stand and transit rod.

Amazing tool!
I built a row of chicken pens 137' long and got them level. Item is simple to use, and very sturdy.. Unless you have goat herd trying to eat grass around the legs. Only problem I saw was you need to at least cover the unit with a bucket , bag or some cover so dew and rain does not get on it. Yes , I left it outside uncovered and it was very hard to dry the moisture from the inner lens. It is still outside now but covered and is working great,

Reasonably priced transit kit for homeowners.
I’m a beginner with this equipment. It’s sturdy, and the tripod sets up easily and is heavy enough to stay where it’s placed. The bubble makes sure it’s ready to use. The optics are great. No problem sighting the stick at long distance. What a great value for a homeowner. I used this for leveling flower beds and after watching a couple of videos, they turned out great. It’s a nice addition to my tools and will be used for future projects like leveling walls.
