if you have weak nails these are for you!
i love these, they are small and easy to take and i have noticed my nails are stronger than ever! I have purchased and tried SOOOOO many biotin supplements and none of them are as small and tasteless as these ones. I have a pretty sensitive taste palette, even the slightest taste of a chemical is enough for me to never use a product again but these gel capsules are amazing and they are so tiny! I take two a day, one in the morning and one at night and not once have i had a hard time getting them down.

Works great!
I have heard of many people using biotin for their hair and nails. My mother's hair is very thin, so I was willing to try anything to prevent this for me. I had been having increased hair loss over the past ~3 years, but after using this for 3 months I have a lot of new growth! It actually looks a little strange because I have so many "baby hairs", but it'll grow out. I fully intend to keep using this product!

My doctor recommended I get Biotin to help with my hair and nails. I took the 5000 mcg once a day for a couple of months and saw no change at all. Then I decided to take 10000 mcg but still not a big change over the last couple of months of taking the higher dosage but I'm still hopeful.
