So the product itself is heavy duty and you don't have to worry about it slowing falling when you are riding. You lock it in place it stays. The selfie stick on the other hand will collapse when you ride from vibrations.The part that connects to you bike is for large thick handlebares and most bicycle handle bars will not be thick enough. The send 4 wraps which you will probably need all 4 to just get enough to tighten all the way down and still hold. I wish they made a smaller size on the handlebar connection side that's more bike friendly. As far as the selfie stick. After you put the wrap on it and it does not slide in as easy as video shows. I had to pry the thing open to get the selfie stick in, but with out it.. it will just slide through and fall out. They could of came up with a little bit of a easier system on that end.It's better than any other holders I have tried. Just needs a couple adjustments and fine tuning and it would be great.

I often do bike rides with my children and wanted to start capturing the longer rides so my wife and I have something to reflect back on when the kids are in college and to publish some clips to share with family members.Mounting this was straight forward and easy, I actually mounted it on the back of my bike on the cargo rack so that I didn't look like an idiot with a pole in front of me plus I wanted to capture the family more than what was directly in front of me.Now while it worked great for me it might not for others, for one it's heavy and secondly the clamp to hold it on needs to attach to a thick handle bar unless you use the rubber it includes to make your handle bar thicker. Now because I mounted this on the back of my bike on the large support bar for the cargo carrier I didn't need to use the rubber. Honestly this is probably better suited for a motorcycle then a bike since a motorcycle gas larger handle bars but you can make it work with a bike with what they Include in the box.Overall a solid product if you got thick handle bars and a sturdy frame to support this handle.

Quality is good, it is very sturdy. When riding with it on my bike it stays stable. It just comes with extra bits to fit to whatever you're trying to fit it on and if you don't use the right bits it can look a little ugly.

The mount and the selfie stick suit their purpose IF you are just riding in town. However, the turn lock mechanism does not work for the trail. The stick works by pulling on the sections to extend and then twisting them to lock the sections in place. I tried this at least 5 times on the trail and within minutes, each time the stick had collapsed back down to it's original size as the locks failed to maintain their position given numerous bumps. Note, I was not on a mountain bike on a crazy trail. This was a simple crushed limestone walking trail. I'll try the stick in town and in the car but it's not suitable for 3D trail filming as you can't access a fair range of footage without exposing the rider.
