It works great
I needed a 9V 400ma supply to drive my UA MAX dual compressor pedal. My pedal board only supports 100ma pedals. This supply did the trick.

Defective
I got this to use with an Orange Crush Mini guitar amp. The first thing I noticed was the "space ship noises". The controls had to be maxed out to get any volume and the gain wouldn't produce any distortion. This thing has a good chance of being absolute garbage so I'd avoid it.

9V, negative tip polarity. Works great. I was using an old adapter that was humming, and I wasn't sure if this would solve the problem, but it did. No more hum!
