Almost Brilliant
I really liked the idea of nice brass ends to my light cords in the bathroom, but these don't quite work. The hole is just too big for light cord, so they look a bit silly from on top. Underneath the area to hide the knot isn't quite big enough (due to the size of knot needed to avoid pulling through the too big hole).Looks great and installs easy (when you make the knot big enough), but otherwise, this is a 5 start product let down by a massive hole. It it were 2/3 of its diameter, I'm sure it would be brilliant. Unless you've got a really thick cord, don't buy.

Great
They are perfect for the pull ends on the Roman blinds im making. The hole is fairly large, which is great for me as i need to fit three pieces of 1.8mm cord through. They have a nice weight to them and i think they're going to look really smart when I've finally finished these blinds!

Very small & was tarnished. Its not what I expected in size thus wasn't fit for the purpose for Mt task.

The hole is too big
These were a little smaller than I was expecting, but the perils of ordering over the internet. The hole is annoyingly a bit to big requiring a HUGE knot in the cord which then has a bit of cord dangling below the bottom and on view; you can't trim too close to the knot or it part unravels becoming even smaller! If it does come off you then have to cut off the knot making the cord even shorter. I have some cord on order in case I run out! I'm wondering if I can put a bead or washer above the knot.Update - I had also ordered some cord from Amazon and solved the problem by threading the cord through a wooden bead off a necklace and having a double cord going to the cord joining device near the ceiling. Seems to be doing the job.
