The CAPAS fit for *my* foot is roomier than the Speedo, which is too tight across the top of my foot. Worked well and stayed on comfortably, no rubbing or slipping. Getting them was good for my workout.

The fins fit perfect! It gives me the help I need at age 65 and swimming laps, it just gives that extra push. Very highly recommend and very well made.

The fins are super comfortable and I don't get blisters after a 3 mile swim. They are light, soft and easy to pack in the swim gear. I take a size 10 ladies and they fit perfectly. My problem with them is that they are too short for my height and weight. I can kick really hard but go nowhere quickly. They are good for training. I purchased them to help take the stress off my knees from my longer fins - which they do. They are fine for a pool but not for ocean swimming. For me they need to be a couple of inches longer in the front to displace more water.

So we got these to put in our suitcase to take snorkeling when we travel. They work great. They are much much smaller than normal fins so they take up way less room in our suitcases. They are great.

I bought these for my husband. I enjoy swimming and he likes to join me, but he does not swim as well. These flippers give ho. The support to swim easier. Highly recommend. He has used multiple times and no problems. Comfortable fit.

They are light, soft and extremely functional.

5 mornings a week I’m at our local indoor pool working out and part of my workout is swimming laps. I had spinal decompression surgery and this is all part of my rehab. So I was swimming 500 yards a morning and it was taking about 26 minutes. A woman who also swims daily told me that for her the fins were very helpful and she noticed that I struggled and would I like to try her fins. WOW - amazing! That very afternoon I ordered a pair and haven’t looked back since!They have made my workout so enjoyable that I now swim 3 sets of 500 yards with an average time of 18 minutes each. I’m truly enjoying these. So they also come with a carry bag which is nice. So they are training fins - which means that they are shorter, and that’s exactly what I wanted.It’s important to pay great attention to the sizing guide as if your feet slide around in them you’re likely to get blisters and then calluses. I was fortunate that I was able to use a -air and check the size before I bought them.So I’m giving them a “glowing review”! I definitely recommend them.

So glad I made this purchase. Gave me an extra push at the pool and a very good leg and cardio workout. Fits as described, true to size, super comfortable. No catch or sore spots while swimming, helps me to keep perfect kicking form. Got a great workout. Liked it so much that I purchased a size down for my daughter so she can swim laps with me.

Oh I ❤️ these!Though, like other flippers, they're running a bit small.Size M fits at most EU size 41.5, not 42. If you're 42 or 41.5 with a bulky foot go up a size.For reference: I have shoe size 41.5 in runners (asics /New Balence) with a medium width; and size M in these flippers just so fits me. They're actually a little bit short but thanks to the toe-hole still wearable; width is perfect for a medium foot.The soft silicone molds to the foot, so, unlike other hard rubber flippers these are uber comfy. Yet they are light and float a bit. :)

Very light fins and floats on water. It gives you a good leg workout and could be used on all swim strokes. The fins fit quite well and easy to put on in the pool! Overall, highly recommended for all swim levels.
