Seems to work great….but they taste HORRIBLE
Sorry if this is TMI, but someone may be looking for the same thing, so I thought it was important to share. I’ve been having trouble with constipation. I don’t really eat like I should, on top of the fact that I take a medication that causes constipation. I’ve tried everything, stool softeners, laxitives, even enemas, all with no or very little results. I found this and saw that it was supposed to help with that, plus give you energy and thought it would be worth a try. The firs day that I took them, I was able to go. I have been having some cramping since taking them, but I hope once I’m better regulated this will subside. I haven’t noticed an increase in energy yet, but it’s only been a few days. The only bad thing is they have an absolutely terrible vitamin taste. It takes everything in me to keep them down. I wish they came in a better tasting gummy or something like that, but I’m going to try and make it work. I’ve even bought my daughter some, as she doesn’t really like a lot of vegetables. She’s having a hard time with the taste too, but not having and stomach cramping or any other issues.

Just started taking these
I just got this a couple days ago and just started taking them. Honestly, they're not that bad. They're pretty easy to swallow. They don't smell. Too good but most supplements don't. We'll see how much they improve things for me. Not bad for the money that I spent so if they work I will definitely keep buying them

If you’re looking for something that’s going to help your metabolism. It’s definitely this product. You need to make sure your drinking water for it to effectively work. I’m less bloated since taking. I take I’m the morning and afternoon. Start with half and work your way up.

Good but 4 capsules too much each time
Good quality product but hate that you have to take 4 capsules each time. Needs to be Consolidated into 2 pills.
