High strength vitamin B complex with vitamin C and D. Easy enough to swallow . Increased energy levels.

These seem to really work or else it's the cheese on toast I've been eating every day for a month to help heal a fracture :) I had three really weak nails on my right hand with ridges that would break at the ends even when the nail was short. These nails are much much better and growing out. So I recommend these if you don't get enough Vitamin B or D in your diet.

I have been in the supplement business for many years. B vitamin complexes are a great product as B vitamins control so many processes in the body. The issue is that many people need high doses of B's if they are deficient. I have used this product and it is okay. It is not as strong as some premium complexes. If you have a depletion of B's you will need a lot higher dose of some of the B's. I have found no significant difference in how I felt when I took this product. You can get a better dose of B's from some quality multivitamins. This product did not work for me.

You may notice the vast majority of reviews are Amazon vine related, in other words a trial of a free product. I believe this supplement to be crushed up tablets shoved in a capsule. I opened one up and the contents was a little bitty and not a smooth powder. It would require a manufacturing facility to form tablets, but anyone can make a capsule in an office space in London. Why is there brown rice powder? That's a filler. Took one, won't be taking another.
