Scrollworks Mold for Polyclay Air Dry Clay Plaster

These are so pretty. They look like a Greek revival to me! They are on the small side but are gorgeous. I use them with polymer clay and porcelain pour. They look awesome on picture frames or somewhere you need some detail. They remove perfectly and easy since the entire back is open. The mold is thick and looks like it will last longer than me. The details are beautiful and you can lengthen one option with the “filler” piece (no top or bottom so can piece them together. It cleans easily, over pour just falls right off.

Great result, loved it, it was some how hard to get the polyclay into the lower hand, but after that it's easy to remove from the mold. All the figures have nice details.

Excellent quality! These are quality durable molds. There are no undercuts so what you mold comes out cleanly! I bought these as sprig molds for pottery and they work great!

This silicon mold is so well-made. I am going to use it for Air clay for crafts. It is thick and deep and will last for a very long time.

This mold worked very well with the plastic air dry clay I used. The only issue was that the mold is pretty narrow and the clay was difficult to get out. But, if care was taken it’s doable, and the image is good and fairly detailed.

I love the details of the scroll designs. I used air dry flex clay in the molds and it was easy to remove without sticking. The scrolls are beautiful and plan on purchasing another similar same brand mold in the near future.

Awesome!!! This is a wonderful mold. Rigid enough to hold a variety of products. Supple enough to pop them out. Great detail for the size. Perfect for doll house miniatures

I really like this silicone mold, the block is quite thick and can hold up to long term use. The imprint/copy produced from the mold is sharp and was easily removed; I think this is partially due to how shallow the mold itself is, it’s 1cm deep and also because it’s less carved/more flat than other baroque molds. Which depending on use, may effect the look of what your making- you may or may not like this. I will tell you why below but this is my summary: In short, **This mold would be great for: • Chocolate, Fondant or Ice • Soap Making • Wax • Thick plastics • Resin for hair clips/barrettes, magnets, or anything meant for repetitive use and that need durability • Work not meant to precisely replicate the exact look and feel of baroque sculpture **Not that great for: • Work meant to replicate the exact appearance, style and feel of baroque appliqué such as what is typically seen on furniture, frames and sculpture • Wanting 3D sculpted texture (it’s pretty much flat) Long summary.. Unlike other molds I bought from this listing, (specifically the off-white molds) the appliqué or shape produced isn’t that “3D”. The sculpted elements aren’t really raised but you can see the detailing well enough. It’s like a slight impression on a flat surface rather than a carved looking effect, and then it’s just thick all the way down. The positive of this is that during de-molding it won’t break apart and won’t need to be touched up, but the possible negative is that it doesn’t look like actual baroque carved design but rather an imitation style. I’m using this mold to make appliqué for wooden hangers which will be used repeatedly and need that thickness to hold up overtime, and I also need less raised 3D detail as to not get caught on fabric when pulling on and off the hanger.

STUNNING results with this mould!! It’s really well made and the results I’ve had are beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this mould and make and will be ordering other moulds in the collection very soon!
