Solid, works very well, instructions could be much better, but pretty easy to figure out. Fingerprint reader is great so far, unlocks in about a second. Hope it still works when the summer sun hits it.

Easy to install and looks great!

I never write reviews let alone negative ones but I wish I would have been warned so hoping this helps someone else. We had this installed and three days later had to hire a locksmith to come out and open our door, the deadbolt mechanism basically slipped out of the lock and was stuck in a locked position and there was no way of opening it. Key, keypad fingerprint nothing. had to climb through my window to get in the house .. the locksmith said he’s seen it happen very very rarely but is due to a faulty lock where the pin slips that engages the locking mechanism itself. save yourself some time and money and get a Yale smart lock (my locksmith’s recommendation as well)

I really love this analogue-ish system... The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when setting the lock up for opening and locking is not self explanatory... But once you get it done by using the code it tells you to use and making sure the black light is on green or red, everything else is pretty much down hill from there.It's kind of weird walking up to my door and pressing my finger up to the Bio-Print to gain access to my house... The Code or Bio-Print has not FAILED YET. One other drawback is that it runs off of batteries, so when the batteries are depleted, you'll have to set the codes in all over again ( I think.).I thought the wifi locks were impressive, but connection failures, and getting HACKED was to much of a risk for me. I LOVE THIS LOCK and will buy another one soon for my other front door! I'm very pleased🤩!

Why the chinese cannot hire an American person to recod stupid words such as “lock” “unlock”? the accent is incredible bad hard to understand.

Easy to unpack and install. Setup was easy as long as you follow the directions. The keycards are adorable and the ease of using the fingerprint option is the absolute best.

This impressive, beautiful, sleek, high end lock system for a very affordable price transformed a door I was thinking about replacing.The locking system was installed relatively easy (I watched), it makes the door look brand new. The locking system/dead bolt gives you more peace of mind regarding extra security.It's looks heavy, strong, durable, sleek, modern and protective.Different modes to open and easy to learn.It's beautiful.
