TRP HY/RD Flat Mount Disc Brake Caliper

Awesome stopping power for road/gravel bikes with mechanic disc brakes. Was very easy to install, and I was able to add in-line brake levers, which you can’t really do with traditional hydraulic brakes unless you pay major $$. My Cannondale Topstone 3 came with some Mickey-mouse mechanical disc brakes. My road bike has way more powerful rim brakes. I live around some pretty steep hills and I need confidence on the downhills that I won’t go flying off the side of a cliff. The only thing I wish was better was that the description should mention that it does not come with the flat mount adapter. Had to order that separately after the product arrived. Money saving tip - you really only need to upgrade the front brake. Front does 90% of the work.

Wenn es schwierig oder zu aufwendig ist die mechanischen Bremsen mit hydraulichen Bremsen auszutauschen, dann ist das der richtige Weg. Die Hybridbremsen lassen sich gefühlfoll steuern und sind kraftvoll. Das Gequietsche der mechanischen Bremsen werde ich nicht vermissen.

良い点、デュラリムブレーキより効きはいい、フル油圧にするより安上がり＋軽い？、ニッセンケーブルで引きは軽い、スペーサー付いている 悪い点、重い、リアに指定通り装着するとシートステーと接触する(スペシャライズドエートスサイズ54、装着するとき固定ボルトを緩め、ブレーキを引き気味にして装着したので今は接触していない且つレバーの遊びがちょうど良くなった) ？点、ボルトがついていない、マウントアダプターがついていない。総括、ケーブル引きのディスクキャリパーブレーキではこれ一択ではないかと思う。

Hands-down the best cable-actuated disc brake calipers you can buy. I have these on my road and cyclocross bikes, and the stopping power rivals full hydraulic systems. Simple to install. Great power and modulation w/ the added benefit of being self-adjusting. Just buy them and be happy!
