Nice quality product. It was a little large for my stethoscope. It slides down but because of how it’s made it is unable to fall off when that happens so it is not a deal breaker for me.

This is not for the cardiology Littman stethoscopes! Thankfully I was gifted another thinner tube stethoscope (Adscope Clinician Stethoscope) it fits perfect. It does require a stretch to put on if its a thicker version tube. The tip to fit it on is to get a flat head screw driver and a cloth and fit between the notches and bend. This will be a difficult task cause the steel is tightly spun but will loosen it. To tighten it you just squeeze it with a cloth like a spring back to size (this will require a bit of force but not much).
