Love it!
Iโm really allergic to all the adhesive out there. So I use an under patch to keep the cgm adhesive off my skin and I use this over the top of it all. Works great! It even keep the cgm in place after a long steamy bath!

Not good
You have to make sure you put the dexcom in a perfect angle on the arm to match the whole on the band.

Don't recommend unless you're asleep
Hard to adjust. It's either to loose or too tight depending on what you're doing. Laying down doing nothing it works. Moving your arm for exercise or work it's too tight or loose

Ingenious!
I have used clear stickers, sticky wipes, and sports wrap trying to keep my G7 in place for a full 10 days and have tended to fail miserably. I saw this band and can truthfully say it has been a game changer! I cut it to size and love how the silicone piece attaches to the G7 and the softness of the band material, and the strong clasp of the band. I do not see any failed sensors (due to falling off) or compression lows in my future!

Comfortable protection
It is placement compliant. If your sensor isn't put on facing correctly it will not work. That being said I really like the coverage over the sensor so I don't run into a door jam or something and bump it off. It is very comfortable and once in place i don't even know it's there.

Comfortable, not binding or pinching.
Soft and flexible, but not binding or harsh. I bought this band to protect my monitor from my rough, tossing, and turning sleep. Worked perfectly!

Alignment to Dexcom G7 nearly impossible
Poor design. The orienting lugs require that you have the Dexcom G7 oriented such that the positioning lug notches on the overcap align to cause the band to go around your arm. If the Dexcom is not exactly positioned the band of the overcap will be skewed (like a Pirate eyepatch) or even impossible to secure around your arm as the Dexcom might even be 90 degrees out of alignment resulting in the band of the overcap running up and down your arm. The Dexcom G7 does not lend itself to precise placement nor are there any indications where the equator and the North/South poles of the unit are relative to the mounting device.

Utterly useless junk!
Not a single IQ point was spent in the development of this product. This is a band designed to hold a CGM onto your arm. People are placing their CGM sensor on the rear of their arm, meaning it is in a hard to reach location where the user has effectively zero visibility - so what did the designers do, they inserted tabs so that you can only use the band if you have lined up the CGM sensor perfectly with the tabs correctly aligned. Complete and utter retardation at work! This could have easily been resolved by not requiring the tabs (wow, how much brain sweat did that take!) or having the part that holds the CGM sensor capable of being rotated. Utter waste of money and nothing but a junk product.
