This pillow is perfect. You can remove stuffing inside to get the perfect fit. I had to wash the cover because my dog thought it was a toy . It was a pain to remove all the stuffing but it washed nicely.

I was looking for around a 2 inch neck pillow. This one said it was 2.36 inches on the measurements in the pictures. So purchased it based on that. When I received it, it measured at 4 inches. It’s too big for my neck. You can take the stuffing out and adjust it. I had to take out most of the stuffing to get it small enough. It makes it more flat in the middle so I’m not sure it’s going to be supportive. The cover is nice and soft but the stuffing is in the cover so you’d have to wash the whole thing or take out all the stuffing to wash it. I am going to return and look for a smaller one.

This neck pillow has held up surprisingly well after several months of use. Hasn’t flattened out and still looks good too.

I got this for my neck and back and it is working as expected. It's just the right softness and I like that it's purple because I can tell which is mine and which is my hubby's.

This was not at all what I expected. The cover is nice, but the pillow is lumpy and very small.

It may have a washable cover but the stuffing is just stuffing and is not intact for you to remove the cover. I'm sure there are much better pillows out there. I do not recommend this one.
