This scarf is an absolute miracle. I have MS and suffer with heat sensitivity and always feel hot. This scarf really helps with that and looks cute which is an added bonus.It even helps with my neck pain following a whiplash injury 9 years ago. Highly recommended 👌 😁

Not as good as I expected
Good idea, but very thin. Would need to be double the width and double the beads to feel the cooling effect. I’m afraid it didn’t help me much at all. Disappointing as I was so looking forward to some relief and thought it was an excellent idea.

Not worth It
The strap doesn't hold koolness for more then an hour, also the strap is way too narrow/thin. not worth it.
