3 Pack Door Review: Great when you have kiddos in the home or people with special needs! - These were so easy to install and provide a little security when locked at night. It would definitely make it harder for someone to break into a home while these are in place. We installed them on both entrances to our home. We also installed one in our bathroom because the door did not have a locking mechanism and we could not replace the door knob due to the age of our home and the door/mechanism. Now people can lock the door when using our bathroom. We have an active 3-year-old that likes to go outside as soon as we turn our back for a second which is initially why I purchased these. I made my purchase after a client of mine with autism installed them in their home to keep their child from eloping and I thought hey that will work perfectly my little one too! Easy installation and use

PAY ATTENTION TO SCREW LENGTH
SEARCH FOR OTHER VENDOR/SELLERS WHO INCLUDE AT LEAST 3 INCH SCREWS! [Example: GreaTalent (Sold by: Lumiadot) 3PACK includes the right length and number of screws.] THE SHORT SCREWS PROVIDED only penetrate the door jam trim and give the buyer a FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY. At your cost, go to hardware store and purchase at lease 3-3 inch screws (per lock) that will secure this lock all the way to the structural stud in the wall. The lock style is great. For extra security, buy A BOX of 3inch screws and do the door hinges too!
