Great Book!
I was most interested in this book, as the author has great credentials being a Dip. MDT. I enjoyed learning how she communicates with her patients. I would recommend this book to all lay persons and providers interested in Mckenzie Method. I give this book 5 stars.

Great advice - all in one place!
If you are tired of searching all over the internet for solutions to your pain problems then you should check this out! Great advice that's easy to understand. Taruna does a great job of explaining pain in a way that makes sense.

Best back pain book that is easy to follow
Dr.Rijhwani has written a fantastic book that is so easy to read and follow, and it does not rely on the fads. The fact that it is written by a Doctor of physical therapy adds more value to it and she explains the pain science and the biomechanics in a very simple and easy to understand way. Book also had these illustrations that helps to understand the posture recommendations and different movements. Highly recommend to everyone with back pain no matter the age.

Very easy to read with valuable tips for people who would like to stay on top on their joint aches & pains. Planning to implement most of those!

A Great Resource
Wow! This book is an amazing resource! You’ll find tips for getting through every motion possible in life. Taruna Rijhwani literally saved me a few years ago. I was at my wits end and desperate for help. I had sciatica so bad that I could not move without dragging my excruciatingly painful left leg behind me. All I could do was lay flat on my back or flat on my belly, and that was it. I could not sit up, I could not drive I could not live a normal life. I had tried regular physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, podiatry, orthotics in my shoes, massage therapy, Rolfing, yoga therapy, and everything else you can think of. Nothing but McKenzie physical therapy under Dr. Rijhwani’s guidance helped me! And in fact, not only did I heal working with her… I healed 125%! I kid you not! I am forever grateful to this woman for her guidance, her wisdom, her experience, her intuition, and now this wonderful book, which I will carry with me for the rest of my life and pass it on after that.

A must have book for 40 year olds
This is an excellent and a very practical book. I bought this to stay a step ahead in taking care of my back. Even if I follow a third of the advice and tips in this book, I think my back will thank me for years to come. Well done, dr. Taruna!
