It is an asian version of city lips
It wasn't at all what i thought i was ordering and it didnt plump lips at all like city lips do

Don’t waste your money, the application tip has been forced into a bottle that’s shorter than the applicator so the tip is bent … they are different colour bottles but no difference in taste .. they are like a gloss and definitely don’t plump
