It is not possible for tomato pulp to have no calories?

Companies are allowed to list 0 calories if it's under 5 calories per serving. There is .8 grams of carbs. 1 gram of carb has 4 calories so this might have 3 calories per serving. They're just allowed to list it as 0 calories

Is there an experation date on the bbq sauce? once opened is there a shelf life?

Yes, there was an expiration date. After opening, I kept it in the refrigerator. I no longer have the bottle because I've used it all up. I thought it was quite good tasting but I admit to altering it a bit by adding a small amount of vinegar to amp the flavor without adding calories or salt. (1 added 1 teaspoon vinegar per 1 cup sauce - per my personal taste). I used it on chicken, ribs, and hamburgers but I am sure it can be used on other things as well.

How much potassium in it as on dialysis , have to watch potassium

While the nutrition label doesn’t say. The ingredients doesn’t have potassium chloride listed as the 3rd ingredient; and where as the ingredients are listed higher level to lowest, take it as you will. There are 13 ingredients listed.

Good BBQ Sauce

As someone who avoids excess sugar I gave this sauce a try, I put it on some pulled pork from a Boston Butt I smoked and I have to say it's pretty good with no funny "sugar free or low calorie" taste like those old diet foods and no bad after taste, It's pretty robust so I would advise not to slop it on too heavily, I found using about half of what I would normally use it doesn't overpower the meat. It's not a real thick sticky sauce which I would prefer but I still give 5 stars because I like it.
