Earbuds don't connect
my first pair did kept disconnecting and eventually the right ear bud stopped connecting altogether. Returned them and requested a new one, and the left earbud wont switch on for pairing at all. The feel of the earbuds are comfortable, but with them not connecting it defeats the purpose.

Excelentes auriculares (opção multipairing)
Estes auriculares funcionam na perfeição com o meu iPhone 11 e iPhone 13. Eles ligam-se em segundos a ambos os telemóveis (multipairing) e fazem as transições automáticas entre eles perfeitamente. Estou fascinada !! Já tinha uns auriculares skullcandy antigos mas necessitava de algo para estar conectado a ambos os dispositivos. Em termos de som são sempre de ótima qualidade. Não há nada a apontar !!

Great headphone’s, feel comfortable in, sound quality is amazing, the battery life is really good, the app to set up the headphones is great. For the price I’m very impressed.

Not bad but the voice prompt is wayyy too loud
Not as comfortable as my pair of budget earbuds but this really is no fault of the design as everyone has a different fit. They do not fall off and the acoustics are really good. The voice prompt is too loud though. It announces the battery level at FULL volume each time I take it out of the case and there is no way to lower this. I have to hold on to the earbuds for a few seconds and wait for the prompt to be over before wearing them. Slight annoyance whenever the voice comes on during pairing or choosing equilizer cos the volume will surprise me. I have been using them for a week and most times only one ear. The left bud became softer than the right but I managed to reset this by toggling the equilizer modes. Overall a good buy during sale!
