It stop the squirrels and raccoons from getting to the corn

It works!
The media could not be loaded. We got this because the raccoons were having a field day emptying out our feeder. No way they can get to it now but looks like they’re having fun trying.

Goats
I use this to feed my chickens and my goats were constantly standing on their back feet using their lips and tongue to get to the feed. This keeps them from doing that!

Well Done Moultrie!
This review is for the newly designed Moultrie varmint deterrent cage on a Moultrie 325 feeder. #1 - large instructions with good illustrations #2 EXTRA U-clips, screws & nuts are provided which is nice when assembling in the field #3 well designed with large holes which let feed scatter. Since I did not want to remove and reinstall the timer/motor assembly, I used automotive masking tape to hold the three mounting screws in place. Additionally, I found that bending the U-clips a little made it easier to line up the holes. Now I hope that Moultrie will develop a remote control which integrates with the Model 325 feeder.

It works
So far it’s working. For the price it could be made better. The sides don’t line up well. The u clips are hard to get on since it doesn’t line up and the screws and nuts are very tiny and hard to work with. I’ve done mechanical work my whole life and just saying it could be a little better for the price. But once its on it does the job.

Appears to keep raccoons out of deer feeder
Installed Varmint Guard II six days ago. Based on feed level drop and footprints on deer feeder it appears to prevent the raccoons from reaching and pulling feed out of feed spreader. Previously they were getting 6+ lbs of feed a day out of the feeder, now it appears they aren't getting any. Previously footprints were on the spreader, now the only footprints are on the hopper on the outside of the Varmint Guard.

It works great
This is great it keeps the ratcoons from getting to my deer feeder spinner plate and I can still get to the feeder controls!! This is better than the first varmint guard that was out.
