Easy cleanup. Seems okay. I still may use Zinsser BIN instead or in addition.
I was trying to block a stain on some wood and thought I would try this. As with. many other primers, it doesn't completely hide a stain in one coat, but presumably it provides some level of sealing, and you can apply more coats or just start painting. The water-based clean-up is very convenient. I still wonder whether, for certain stains, especially those involving pine resin, Zinsser B-I-N might be preferable. Clean-up with that is harder, as you need denatured alcohol handy, and B-I-N tends to ruin brushes if you don't thoroughly soak them fast enough. Still, I've had very good results in the past with B-I-N. I like the easy clean-up of this product. I like the track record of B-I-N. For now, I am using both, with the B-I-N reserved for pine tar problems.

Zinzeer SB primer
Seems to be working to cover tannins bleed through on knots in pine.

Needs 2 coats
I still had bleed-through but it was mahogany. Better after second coat but I like a stronger primer that blocks stains for efficiently

Crappy spray can
Within 5 seconds of starting to use this can expect your whole hand to be covered in paint. May be decent at blocking stains but you will pay the price in primer going everywhere.
