adidas Unisex-Adult Kaptir 3.0

I don't say this about many shoes, but these are really, really good walking shoes. I originally bought a pair of Kaptir 2.0s about two years ago because I needed something that wouldn't leave my feet feeling destroyed after long days of walking. My wife and I tend to turn vacations into walking marathons—we'll easily put around 30 miles on our feet over four or five days. I bought that first pair before taking our kids to Disneyland, and after putting hundreds of miles on them, I was impressed enough that I bought another pair before my wife and I took a Caribbean cruise. That probably says more about the shoes than anything else I could write. The cushioning has held up extremely well. Even after a year of heavy use, the inside of my original pair was still providing the same level of comfort and support instead of turning into two pieces of fabric wrapped around a sad, compressed sponge. The outside and soles have also held up surprisingly well considering how much use they've gotten. The mesh upper is another big plus for me. It allows my feet to breathe, which is especially appreciated when you're walking all day. I used to gravitate toward Airwalk and other skate-style shoes because I liked the padding and comfort, but after finding these, I haven't really wanted to go back. One improvement I've particularly appreciated is the heel design. The back of the shoe makes it much easier to slide my foot in without having to bend down and wrestle with the heel. Even better, the heel doesn't stay folded over if you accidentally step on it—it pops back into shape. It's a small thing, but when you're putting your shoes on every day, the small things matter. I also like that they don't scream "running shoe." There are enough color options that they work with jeans, shorts, casual clothes, and just about everything else in my wardrobe. Maybe not with a tuxedo, but if you're wearing a tuxedo and thinking, "You know what this outfit needs?" these probably aren't the missing piece. My only real complaint is the same thing that makes the shoes comfortable in the first place: the mesh isn't particularly water resistant. Water gets through pretty easily, so I wouldn't choose these for walking or running in the rain or through wet grass/trails. For me, these have become daily-wear shoes that are equally comfortable for running errands, walking around town, or putting 30 miles on my feet during a vacation. The fact that I bought a second pair after wearing the first pair for hundreds of miles is probably the strongest recommendation I can give. If you spend a lot of time on your feet, especially walking long distances, these have been excellent shoes for me.

The Kaptir 3.0 shoe(s) does not disappoint. I got it on sale too. Heel is pretty sturdy, ball of foot has a nice cushion to raise the foot a little, relieving pressure from the arch. They look dope to me, pretty basic aesthetic overall in my humble opinion. Putting them on is easy enough, initial attempts are going to be difficult, because the shoe needs to be broken in. These are not go on adventure shoes. They function as a light runner at best and are very breathable, giving the feet air to breathe. Super transparent follow up... depending on use, they will last a year AT BEST... The outside of the top of the shoe deteriorates over wear, the fabric is a type of mesh. I used mine for work..not the best choice. But, yea, super cool. 5/5

These are my gym shoes and I was a little skeptical buying shoes on the internet without trying them on but I'm glad I took the chance because these shoes are nice and comfy. They're not too wide and not too narrow. I used to feel my heel spur pretty bad after working out or doing impact exercises, but I haven't had much of an issue with heel pain since I started using these shoes. They're a bit tough to slip on initially, but once you wear them a few times they're easy to get on and off.

Good sneakers, last awhile but tend to get a hole in the front after awhile. We work hard and are on our feet all day, after a few months you gotta change then out for new ones. Just heard of a trick to buy 2 pairs and switch them every other day to make them last longer.

It’s ok. Made slim vs wide so keep that in mind when buying.

These are my comfy shoes. I actually bought my son a pair of red and grey for school and fell in love with the quality and the design. Of course...I had to figure out how to convert from men to women but it was worth the extra effort. They fit me snuggly yet not to th point where I feel uncomfortable. These shoes are lightweight yet so comfortable that I absolutely plan to get a few others to mix up my styling. The laces are great at staying put...no need for double tying. They are easy to put on and Sweetie pie....you'll be in heaven because you will forget you even have them on. I've received a few compliments from strangers about them. I am in love with a pair of shoes.... well worthy of every penny spent.

These are really poorly made. I buy the sneaker every year at the Adidas store. I've had most colors and I've bought this color before I bought the white color before and I bought the black on black color before. When you walk, they make a squeaky sound and the plastic three Adidas stripes bend in and out making a plastic creasing sound. They're not stitched on the inside. If these are legitimate, they would have a cloud foam logo and it would be on the right foot, it would say cloud foam comfort. On the left side, it would say and plastic waste. This just has two Adidas logos it might be a cheaper version of the shoe for international markets, but it's not the same shoe. I've always worn a 10 1/2 and I have many of these shoes and 10 1/2 and I bought the 10 1/2 and they are snug very narrow longer than they should be and the insides are not stitch well so when you walk, you feel the plastic hit your feet and then you feel the three plastic Adidas goes crunch up and down making squeaking noise every time you walk on your left right foot the plastic hit your side inside and also you'd hear a noise. I'm going to purchase another pair from here and see if it's just a fluke. They should come in a white box the real ones, and these coming into black box. Again these might be legitimate, but they might be from an international source or an updated model but the ones I've always bought that were cloud foam. I never have issues.

These shoes are extremely comfortable right out of the box. The cushioning feels soft and supportive, making them perfect for walking and everyday wear. The design is clean and stylish, and the fit is true to size. The material is breathable and lightweight, so my feet don’t feel tired even after wearing them all day. Highly recommend if you want a pair of sneakers that look good and feel great.
