Best to increase forearm and grip strength.
Been 11 days and using this Bulmarc Arm Gripper and I can confidently say it's an amazing product.Am a regular gym goer and I was hesitant to buy it because these arm grippers generally are not effective. Am glad i bought it and it's helping me build my forearms and grip strength.More over my mom and dad also uses it so atleast their grip strength is increasing.
