I was MAD because I spent $50 on this & it clumped. I reached Out to customer service & they advised me to mix it in to room temp water first - VOILA! I use 1/2 a scoop (watching calories) dissolved in water + 1 chocolate LMNT & mix into my morning coffee- O M G! Delish!!!! Thank you for Your customer service LMNT, you literally 180’d my opinion! I LOVE THIS PROTEIN! Thank you 🙏

The Bowmar Nutrition Protein powder is fine and has a pretty decent taste. It also mixes well in my coffee. The problem I have with the bag I received on April 23, 2024 is the fact that the expiration date on the bag is April of 2023 so it expired a year ago! PLEASE DO NOT send another bag that has a usage date that has expired!! I feel that the expiration date should be at least a year in advance from the date it is received

I felt I might need more protein in my Keto diet so tried this, which was recommended and endorsed by a sports nutrition expert on YouTube. I just couldn't take the taste - very bad too-sweet/artificial lingering aftertaste as well. I tried mixing it with both water and unsweetened almond milk, but I couldn't escape that bad taste. It was much too sweet, in particular, so I tried using less of the product, but that didn't help either. It was quite expensive, but I had to throw it away.

I love these products. Had a great and mixed easily.

I have been using this Bowmar protein powder for several months now and absolutely love it. The flavor is so good and it mixes up easily with everything I put it with. The science behind it is incredible. Good product!!!

I rarely write reviews but as I was drinking my protein this morning I was so pleasantly surprised by how good this tastes. I have had the birthday cake hot chocolate and now s’mores from bowmar and they are all good but s’mores might be my favorite. Highly recommend if you are looking for a shake you actually want to drink.

It's okay - its a little clumpy with milk but tasted fine.
