Best self tanner I’ve used. Ever.
I’ve been using self tanners since the days of QT Quick Tanning. Over the years I’ve used many self tanners including, but not limited to, Tan Towels, Bondi Sands, Fake Bake, Il Makiage, b. Tan. Peta Jane is my overall favorite.PROS:1) dries quickly, within minutes2) not sticky3) foam is tinted so it shows where it goes4) great shade5) blends easilyCONS:1) very, very faint “self tanning smell”, even after a few hours. But honestly, it’s hardly noticeable, I just have a super smeller of a nose!2) a bit pricey

Best I've tried so far
I was pleasantly surprised with this self-tanning lotion, mainly because of the smell (or lack there of). Of course all self-tanners have an odor. Don't let anyone fool you otherwise, but this is the most pleasant smelling self tanner of any I've tried. I got the medium and it gives me a natural looking tan. It by no means is "dark." It does on really well too. And again, all self-tanners are going to leave streaks and dark spots if you don't apply correctly and pay special attention to those trouble areas.

Great formula overall
I found this Medium Tanning Mousse through TikTok and was super excited to try it after seeing so many rave reviews. While I will say the formula is lightweight, fast-absorbing, and non-sticky like promised, I have to be honest—the color was kind of off for me.I naturally have a tan complexion, so I chose the medium shade expecting a warm, natural glow. But the tone just didn’t quite match my skin—it leaned a bit unnatural, almost too cool or slightly orangey depending on the lighting. It does last decently and applies streak-free, but if you have a tan or olive undertone, this shade might not blend as seamlessly as you’d hope.Great formula overall and I do plan to try again.

GAME CHANGER!
When I say I’ve tried every single type of self tanner out there, that’s honestly an understatement. I’ve used everything, mousses, lotions, sprays, drugstore brands, luxury brands, you name it. Some were too orange, some faded patchy, some didn’t even show up. But this one? It’s on a whole different level. The color is so dark, which is exactly what I want in a tan. It’s rich, deep, and actually doesn’t wash off immediately when I rinse it. It dries fast and doesn’t feel sticky at all, and it starts showing up immediately!! This seriously is a GAME CHANGER!

My new favorite
I have tried many self tanners .I had my favorite(loving tan) for many years. I decided to give peta jane a shot. I'm so glad I did! I'm fair skin and blonde and alot of self tanners can look slightly orange on me but not this one. Even my teenage daughter who is brutally honest told me my tan looked great!! It dries fast and smells good when applied. As time goes on it does get that dreaded tanner smell .I have found my new favorite self tanner and highly recommend!!!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS
I am a fair skinned redhead, and have tried a ton of self tanner‘s. That always resulted in blotchy orange coloring. I absolutely love this stuff and will never be without it. It goes on so easy. The color for me is almost instantly because I am so fair skinned And I just feel so beautiful with tan skin.

I have bought this multiple times! i do recommend it, but i would sleep with clothes or sheets you don’t mind getting stain. it does last a while, but when starts to fade, it looks splotchy. overall, one of the best self tanners i have tried!

Tan-tastic with a Side of Polka-Dot Elbows
This tanning mousse had me glowing like a beach goddess who’s never heard of winter. The color? Chef’s kiss. The application? Smooth like a buttered dolphin. But alas, my elbows had other plans. Somehow they absorbed more mousse than a thirsty sponge, and now they look like I’ve been leaning on chocolate powder. As for my pores? They got so excited they threw a dot party on my legs.Would I use it again? Absolutely. With exfoliation gloves, moisturizer, and a prayer. Just don’t skip prep day unless you want to look like a bronzed cheetah from the knees down.
