Q: Is this genuine? if you go to the o.p.i. store, it's $23.60. why is it so much cheaper here? it says it's sold by amazon, who is the merchant ?

I t has the same packaging as what I purchased in the store. Smells and performs the same, the best hand cream I ever used. I don’t know the answer to your other questions. Hope this helps.
