Great charger for multiple use
Awesome, battery backup! I charged it to 100% on the first day I got it. After a week, I traveled to (TSA-approved) Florida for a Disney trip. I charged two iPhones 16 while watching kids’ shows on one, two fans that had died in the heat to 100%, and had enough charge to get my family of five through Disney without looking for a power source. It was 100 degrees outside, and I stowed it in a backpack, and it did the job for a whole day. The power bank did drop to 20%, but it required charging for 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the charging source and usage. It charges fast when not in use with anything else, and the charging speed depends on the charging cords and chargers.I recommend buying this power bank for family trips and every daytodays technology. It would be great if it came with a charger, so I would also buy two 2-1 charging ports for multiple usage and a USB 2-1 cable to get the maximum capacity.

Worth the price tag
I take this thing everywhere with me when I know I will need more than just a boost on my phone, for shorter trips I take my smaller Anker charger. This is a must have for one or two night trips, especially if traveling by plane or train, even car. I can charge my phone a iPhone 15 Pro Max a few times with it as well as my apple watch ultra 2. If my wife and I take a one or two day trip somewhere this is the first thing that is packed, then I only need to bring one power adapter and a two cables. I generally will charge this during the day when we are out and about exploring where we are at so that by the time we get home at night it is ready to go. The design is nice and looks great. I use the provided carry bag that came with it everytime I travel with it in order to limit scuffs and scratches but also to put all my charging cables in one spot.Things to note:-Depending on the power adapter you are using to charge this it can take awhile. Luckily the screen shows exactly how much time is remaining until it is fully charge.-Weight, it is quite stout but for me the extra weight is well worth the extra charging capacity-The app is useful but not a necessity. I only use the app really when I want to check for an update to the device or to set one of the USB-C ports to be input only.So far I have had this charger for 8 months and use once a week at least, sometimes even in my own home so that I can sit somewhere that isn't near an outlet.I did not get the charging base for this as it didn't seem like a need for me. I think if I was on the go more and needing to charge things more often I would get it for my desk so that the battery is ready to go all the time. But until then I am fine just plugging it in as needed.

EDC Portable Battery
Hands down the best portable battery I've used. I own a number of different Anker devices, but this is the first portable battery. Quickly took its place in my everyday carry and I sold my other batteries. I also purchased the dock which lives primarily on my desk but also jumps in my carry-on when I'm traveling. What I like:- Does heat up in any noticeable way. Batteries I've tried in the past would get hot to the touch when charging larger devices for more than a few minutes.- I can charge my MacBook Pro ('21) almost twice.Annoying:- Bluetooth for accessing via the app turns off after a while. Always takes a minute to remember the number of times needed to click the one button.

10/10 support, amazing products!
The battery has been nothing but convenient! The battery charges literally anything, except for some gaming laptops, which makes total sense, cosindering no reasonable sized one can do that. Hats off to their support team though, because after about 16 battery cycles, (dont use it that that often) 6 months in, i plugged in a damaged c port on a dongle, which bricked the c ports. After contacting anker, their response was unbelievable speed, they didn't hesitate to help, and I got a free replacement the next week! Anker is my go to for everything charging and device related! 10/10

Charge it overnight the first time to calibrate it even if it says it is 100% charged
Even if it says it is 100% charged and no longer shows any indication that it is charging, it may actually still be charging. At least for the first charge, leave it plugged in overnight to let it fully charge. Don't worry about overcharging it, the battery monitor will stop the charging process when it is actually done. If you have an external USB power meter, you can use it to monitor the charging process to see when the charge process is actually completed. At someone's request, I ran through a discharge/charge cycle to see how it behaved. I ran the power bank down to 9% and then connected a USB power meter and logged the recharge process. My unit charged to what it said was 100% after putting in ~80 Wh of power into the battery and then stopped providing any information as to what was happening. The power meter showed that the power bank was actually still charging at full speed (94 watts i this case). It continued to charge for almost 30 more minutes, eventually stopping after putting in ~96.7 Wh in total.Out of the box, it appears that the unit's battery capacity calibration is off to varying degrees. That wouldn't normally be a problem, but unfortunately someone decided that if the device is charging and it hits whatever it currently thinks is 100% charge, then the power bank should no longer monitor or display any information about what is happening on its ports. This means the device simply displays "100%", with no other information available anywhere via the onboard display or app. Every indication is that charging has completed, with absolutely no way to see otherwise unless the user is using an external power monitor. Because of this behavior, the user is incorrectly led to believe that the device has completed charging and should be removed from the charger. My unit's calibration was off by 20-25%, but another person's calibration appeared to be off by about 50% based on how it was behaving: their unit went from 100% to 50% fairly quickly, and them jumped from 50% to 0%. There are apparently some posts that resetting the unit can "fix" that behavior; I'm guessing that it somewhat recalibrates itself as part of the reset, but I don't actually know for certain.I suspect that most, if not all, of the reviews talking about poor capacity are due to this unexpected, and arguably incorrect, behavior in the information display. Just because the unit is 100% charged (or whatever it currently thinks is 100% charged) does not mean that there is no longer any reason or need to display information about what is happening on the various ports. If something is plugged into one of the ports then the informational display should be active and display the current information about what is happening on that port, at all times, regardless of whatever the state of charge is. Since I don't know when, or even if, Anker will update the firmware to correct this behavior the simplest solution is to simply follow directions from the old days: for the first charge, charge it for at least 8-12 hours, preferably overnight. That extended period will help to ensure that the unit is fully charged and should correct the calibration and % charge meter.Edit: 8 months and several charge cycles later and when it shows 100% charged, implying that it is fully charged, it -still- isn't finished charging. No firmware updates. And in this "100% but still charging" state the app shows the exact same thing as the device itself, which is nothing except "100%". Super ticked off that they haven't fixed this behavior yet and apparently whatever self calibration it may or may not be doing is not that great. So, it works well as a battery bank and does what it is supposed to overall, but absolutely do NOT trust that just because it says 100% it's actually fully charged.
