I've heard a lot about iron fish over the years and being anemic I had thought it was a good idea but never did make a move to purchase. I stumbled across this super cute Hello Kitty version. Instant purchase. I use it daily for my tea. It's super easy to do and remember to use. I've had it a few weeks and have had no issues with it at all. I follow the included directions for use and cleaning. Looks great. Is my iron improving? I don't feel as dizzy or tired as I previously had. Placebo effect? Perhaps. I don't mind. I enjoy the product and I use it regularly because of that. I recommend to anyone wanting to try to up their iron and adorable kitchen product stash. 10/10

Kitty-chan is so cute! Add to water, soups, sauces, or teas to help increase your iron levels.Key points:-Add lemon or an acid to help the iron leech properly into the water/food. Also helps with proper absorption when ingesting. Always have vitamin c with iron.-After rinsing, pat dry, and immediately rub down with oil of your choice. If you don’t, it will rust quickly.

鉄玉入れて沸かしたお白湯を試しに一口飲みと鉄の風味と匂いが。愛飲していた雁金緑茶がまろやかになったような、優しい味になったような、、濡れたまんまに出来ず、その都度ヤカンから出し乾きやすい場所におく作業にひと手間、少し邪魔くさい気しますが、少しずつ自然に鉄分補給出来るならつかわないてはないですよね。ありがとうございました^_^
