Certainly not worth $20 there’s other creams you can find for 5 bucks or less that do just as good of a job numbing and actually didn’t numb all that great. But they do have a can of the spray in this brand that really good that I recommend. It does really good numbing. But again not really worth 20 bucks I found a different brand that does just as good for less than 10 bucks. I gave them 3 stars because mainly it doesnt numb all that great, tiny tube, and it’s over $20. Probably won’t be trying it again unless they drop the cost of it down around to what their competitors are charging.

works good a little pricey but all these numbing creams are I like this one till I find a cheaper alternative that works as good .

Probably picture looked like bigger amount. Seriously $21. That's seriously a scam. Don't buy this product.
