Thin enough to flip fried eggs
We’ve been looking for a spatula like this for years. It’s perfect, both thin enough and strong enough to flip eggs.

OK
I was hoping it was a little more flimsy, good quality construction, great value for the price.

Awesome works good

Great for a flat griddle
It was much more difficult using it with a regular skillet. It is not bent enough and it won’t let you bend it. Too sturdy for that. Using it on a flat area works best.

Silicone-Handled Stainless Steel Spatula
This stainless-steel, silicone-handled spatula is of moderate construction. As the metal portion is covered by the silicone handle portion, it does not appear to be a full-tang design. Considering there is a hole towards the rear end of the handle, it's highly unlikely that it could have a full-tang design. The flat metal spatula looks to be welded together with the metal handle, rather than riveted together. The spatula blade is thin enough to allow for some bending/flexing. It feels sturdy enough to get underneath and flip foods like steaks/chicken pieces/pork chops and the like. It's rated for about 2 lbs of weight. This spatula can be used with stainless steel or cast iron surfaces without risk of damaging them. It is not recommended to use with non-stick coatings. It's not the highest level of craftsmanship that I've seen for a spatula. The large version of this item (which is what I received) is moderately priced at $10. It could reasonably last for a few years, but is definitely susceptible to breaking down based on the materials/design.

Perfect combination of flex and stability
This spatula has the right amount of flex and stability for flipping an egg or a steak. It fits perfectly in my utensil drawer as my utensils fit horizontally not vertically.
