Ripe in season raspberries which have been freeze dried. The very low temperatures used in this process maintain the fruits colour, flavour and nutritional values. Ideal in baking, frostings, icing, fudge and chocolate this also makes unbelievably tasty smoothies or fruit teas and is fantastic sprinkled on your breakfast cereal.

Exactly as expected but tend to get slimy when mixed with Granola and soaked in whole milk.
