A bit more expensive then my previous model, but while the other one was crazy hot, this one doesn't change the temperature after 15 mins of dough mixing, also feels stronger too, and has barely any noise, it's very quiet. Definitely recommend it!

Absolutely perfect. I use it to bake large quantities of dog treats. For my two dogs.

Fantastic mixer , handled bread dough with ease .. much quieter than expected, only downside was the guard made adding ingredients a little awkward, but the guard is removable , it is expensive but you are buying quality . I would definitely recommend this mixer

Where to start. When i bought this I thought it would be an upgrade from the kenwood chef I've had for years. I thought get the professional version it would be better, but no. Yes there are accessories for the kitchen aid mixers but not for the professional. There isn't very many compared to the smaller versions. Also. When i bought the used version. The people at amazon hadn't checked the item correctly.

The ability to add different attachments makes it a must-have kitchen appliance.

Le batteur sur socle KitchenAid Professional 325 W est un véritable bijou en cuisine. La capacité de 6,9 L est idéale, que ce soit pour de petites ou de grandes quantités, et il a largement la puissance nécessaire pour mélanger même les pâtes les plus épaisses. Les 10 vitesses (de 40 à 200 tr/min) offrent une grande flexibilité, et il est super robuste — tu peux le sentir dès que tu l’utilises. Ce qui m’a vraiment impressionné, c’est la solidité de la machine. Elle est bien construite, assez lourde, et elle reste stable même quand tu prépares des mélanges lourds. C’est un investissement, mais il vaut vraiment le coup si tu cuisines souvent. Le rouge lui donne en plus un petit côté design qui ajoute du style à ma cuisine. Le seul petit bémol, c’est qu’il est un peu bruyant à haute vitesse, mais ça reste un détail mineur comparé à ses performances. En résumé, si tu cherches un batteur robuste et fiable pour des préparations à grande échelle, c'est un excellent choix. Un peu cher, mais vraiment un appareil qui va durer !

Aucun regret de cet achat. C'est vraiment un excellent produit que j'utilise au final beaucoup plus régulièrement que ce que j'avais envisagé, grace à l'utilisation de l'accessoire pour faire les pates fraiches. Je recommande fortement ;)
