actually preformed better than I expected. used these with my cordless drill not even fully charged. I thought maybe I would have to predrill, but not at all. Self tapped into an aluminum frame using the included hex head bit with no issues. 300 screws will last me forever. Great value for the money

Absolutely recommend this self tapping #14x1" screw. It goes through galvanized piping just fine. Take your time and go easy on them.

Ordering a bunch more. Very handy, they don’t break easily, they cut very well, haven’t seen any corrosion yet been a few months with many of them. Same head size as a standard impact drill socket so when you lose the bit that comes with them you don’t need a parts store run.

These are fine for the price. Worked well in soft metals and some thin galvanized steel. They had issues with my trailer, but I didn't expect them to get all the way through the metal on that. I appreciated the included bit for my impact driver. I'd get them again, but the box looks like it's going to last me a good long while.

They are supposed to be self tapping but it will be necessary to pre drill . I broke six or 7 before I came to that conclusion. Would not recommend

These worked great installing electric into our black metal gazebo. The black screws blended and hid with the black conduit straps and outlet boxes on the black sheet metal. No trying to paint the heads so they disappear. The screws quickly drilled into the metal and pulled tight securing everything.
