Really good arch support and heel cushion
Good looking shoes...could use a bit more cushion on the ball of the foot. If they hold up well, they are a great value.

Size Matters β Painful Fit for My Neuropathy ππ¦Ά
I recently ordered the OrthoComfoot Women's Arch Support Walking Sneakers from Amazon, hoping to find a comfortable and supportive pair of shoes to help alleviate the discomfort caused by my foot neuropathy. Unfortunately, my experience with these sneakers has been nothing short of painful. The most significant issue I encountered was the sizing, and I believe this was impacted by their promise: "equipped with a cushioning PU foam layer to enhance the propulsive force of walking." As someone dealing with neuropathy, comfort is of utmost importance to me. I believe it is the foam cushioning playing a big role in fit of the shoe, thus the Size promised is off. I believe it is the foam layers that are adding pressure inside the shoe. So you might be buying a size 9, but inside the shoe fits more like an 8. As such, these tight-fitting sneakers only exacerbated my foot pain and made my walks a painful ordeal: I had hoped for better cushioning and relief, but these sneakers only added to my woes.Considering my condition and need for comfortable space inside the shoe, I was deeply disappointed by the OrthoComfoot Women's Arch Support Walking Sneakers. If you're dealing with neuropathy or any other foot issues, I strongly advise you to keep these issues in mind if you are considering these sneakers, as they may end up causing more pain than relief. Finding a better-fitting and more comfortable neuropathy-friendly fit is essential for your well-being. π¦Άπ

OrthoComfoot Womens Arch Support Walking Sneakers
OrthoComfoot Womens Arch Support Walking Sneakers are very comfortable. I have flat feet and they are supportive and comfortable to wear all day. The mesh upper keeps my feet cooler. They look good with jeans, shorts or dresses. I wear them with casual and dressy clothes. I'm at the age where comfortable shoes are a must.

Wanted to love them
The sole of the shoes felt very comfortable, but the back of the right shoe has a slight bump (seam?) that dug into the back of my heal (see picture). This might be remedied by a different pair, but the bottom of the shoe seams a little "foamy," so I wonder how durable they will be.

Comfortable & Cute
These shoes came with two different insoles so you can select the best arch support and cushion for your needs. I like that the insoles lift out so I can place my orthopedic inserts underneath them. They are fashionable and comfortable enough to wear all day. I walk around on tile floors all day and these definitely gave me the super and comfort I need.

The back is freakishly high.
This is going back. Looks a lot cheaper than the picture and they are a blister in the making for me. The back rubs high on my ankle. The foot bed felt supportive though. Maybe if you are taller than I am? 4β10β

Supportive but Too Wide
I'd like to preface this review by saying: I have narrow feet so it's not uncommon for shoes to fit me wide. Despite these being labeled medium, they fit like a wide shoe. Quality and style are great and the insoles felt supportive if the width was a better fit.

Came with extra insoles
Very comfortable and I like that it came with extra insoles. Wider in the toe area as well. Not super easy to slip on and slip off. You might size up if you need more length as I range from 9-9.5 and got the 9 and itβs just right.
