Clearer skin, flatter stomach
I have tried several DIM supplements from different brands and this particular brand was the most effective. I believe Pure Encapsulations also uses BioResponse for their DIM (it was one of the brands I tried and BioResponse was listed on their label) - except they charge twice as much. Anyway, it has helped most noticeably with my skin, I no longer get breakouts around my period. I believe this supplement has also helped regulate my hormones as they became more optimal on labs after I started taking this product, and contributed to my overall shape becoming more hour-glassy with a flatter stomach.

Blood tests for wife and I confirmed this product does lower estrone levels.

Male, 189lb, lift weights. If I take it on an empty stomach it doesn’t work. Nor does any other dosage. If I take this at the start of a meal, works fine for libido.
