Works as expected. A little cheap feeling but charges the batteries just fine.

Received and was getting errors on 2 of the batteries so I went for a return. Not an easy process as I tossed the packaging when I opened the unit. It started to malfunction and I started the return process. Spent 8 dollars to return with my own packaging and received 1 dollar refund. Reached out to the seller ALTAY and was told I wasnt within the 30 days. They have the unit now and I'm out 38 dollars or so. STAY AWAY.

Great brand. Works well. My only complaint is that it showed up late, I'm sure because of the weather.

Description says it comes with two 3.7 batteries and there were no batteries included. Just the charger and power cord. This advertising is misleading. I'm very disappointed.

Not sure what I ever did before I got this. I use it every day to charge my vape mode. Since I have several batteries I am able to never charge the vape mode just flip out the batteries and put in freshly charged batteries. I also use it for flashlights that also use the same batteries. It charges them much faster than the charger that came with the flashlights.

Already got two of these and I wouldn't get a different one. It's worth the money. It's short circuit protected so you can place the battery the wrong way and it'll be just fine. You can leave the battery inserted after fully charged for as long as you want and it won't overcharge. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Nowhere in the description for this charger did it say that only one battery at a time can be charged at 2 amps. I bought 2 of them thinking I'd be able to charge 4 batteries at a time at 2 amps, but I can't, which defeats the entire purpose of purchasing these chargers. In addition, the description mentions battery monitoring, but there's no way for the user to monitor the batteries, not even a color-coded charge level indicator. I'm very disappointed with the product description provided by Efest. I've found another charger for a dollar more than the 2 of these I purchased, with 4 bays, 3 amp charging on all 4, car adapter, and voltage and temperature level digital display for each battery. Much better deal than these. I'll be purchasing that one, and I guess these will just end up in the junk drawer as backups
