Salty and expensive
These are super salty. I think they work. But, they are salty and expensive.

Great product !
I'm gonna make this short, I drink alcohol on a daily basis, one or two beers, maybe a shot or a glass of wine and I noticed I was feeling very dehydrated and tired the next day . I saw this product on my social media page and figured why not try it can't hurt. Well let me tell you, I mix a half stick in 12oz of water before bed and the other half in the morning and I feel great again all day. It is a little pricey I think and there other alternatives but I'm sticking with this one. Thanks for the hydration!!

It works
Daughter has dysautonomia due to Sjogrens Disease. She has tried several different brands of electrolytes. She prefers Waterboy. I gave it 4 stars because I feel it's too expensive for what it is, but I buy it anyway because it helps her the most with her blood pressure regulation along with her medications.
