This is my review for the ARKARTECH blue and black gaming headset.PACKAGING : Pretty standard shipping as far as these cheaper headsets go. A colorful box with images of the headset on display. Once you open the box you'll find the headset, a splitter cable so you can use the headset on a PC, and a manual. Overall the shipping is nothing special but definitely isn't a con.DESIGN : The design of this headset is mediocre at best. I don't know why but most of these cheaper Chinese headsets are HUGE! While this isn't really a con as far as comfort goes, they do look pretty goofy on your head. They're made out of a pretty cheap plastic, and the slides for the headphones do not feel good at all. The colors are pretty good, but I have one BIG gripe with the design, THE STUPID RGB. Why in the world would you have a color scheme consistent throughout the entire headset, then just mess it up with an RGB light you can't set to a specific color. The RGB light fades throughout the rainbow, and most of the colors just don't look good with blue. It's annoying and really increases the silly look of the headset IMO. While I did list a lot of cons, you've got to factor in the very cheap price, and with that I don't think you're getting gypped at all, but I really don't like those colors.COMFORT : The comfort on these is very good, I have worn them for hours at a time, for a few days and they have not been uncomfortable in the slightest. The padding is good for the money and the earcups don't touch your ears at all. In this situation I figure the light plastic actually plays itself as a pro as they don't press down on your head despite their weight. Overall I am VERY satisfied with the comfort of these.SOUND : The sound gets a meh from me. It's clear, and good for watching videos, and the stereo sound works well for games like CS:GO where sound is important, but as far as music goes, its really lacking in the low end, as most of these cheaper headsets do. Overall the sound is satisfactory, but nothing more.MIC QUALITY : This is what impressed me the most. I don't know what it is about these cheap Chinese headsets, but their mics are SO GOOD. I have tried the mics of many, much more expensive headsets, and they let me down time and time again, but these are clear, with low static. These work great for Discord, Skype, game chats and the likes.OVERALL : Despite me listing all of these cons, I still give this headset a 5 star rating because there isn't anything that it does poorly that can't be overlooked by the price tag. Yes, its built with cheaper plastic and doesn't sound outstanding, but its only $27. With that price point, it does have quite a few pros too, like the comfort and the mic. These are a solid buy for someone looking to get a gaming headset at an affordable price.

(READ THIS FIRST REVIEW AND SCROLL DOWN FOR THE UPDATE)Overall cheap attributes. The mic is not moveable so if you are a quiet talker you need to find a different head set. The head set feels cheaply made as if I drop it, it would shatter into pieces. There is not sound cancellation. It sounds like they took speakers out of a toy and put them in the head set, and it seems like they couldn’t decide wether they wanted them to be a USB or Wired headset so both wires are together giving you a rats nest all around you. The mic on/off switch unit is accompanied by a volume dial giving this a very heavy tug on the wire so if you plan to use it for long enough, the wire would get pulled out of the headphones for sure. There is actually pictures missing as well in the description. They don’t show you the usb, or the straight mic. The also don’t show you the module where the mic on/off switch is.——————————————UPDATE APRIL 2020This headset is not a pair of Bose, so if that is the quality you are looking for I suggest you buy a pair of Bose. OverallOverall I was not too satisfied with this headset and was going to return them. Before I returned them I left a review about this headset about everything I didn’t like. I didn’t end up sending the headset back because I gave them to a family member that was in need of a pair so I gave him the headset. The seller reached out to me regarding the review and was able to help me out. This new review is going to take into account what my family member thinks of this product from 3 months of use as well as my experience with the seller.1. AppealI give this a 3.5 out of 5 being that they are appealing to look at, they do feel on the cheap side. However, this is not all that bad for the price, so 3.5. One gold star.2. Sound QualityAgain, this is not a Bose headset so if that is what you are looking for, go buy Bose. For the price I bought these for and for what my family member uses them for (gaming) they do quite well, and he has given them a 4 out of 5. So for the price, I’ll give the head set a 4 out of 5 for that. One gold star.3. Customer serviceI had written my first review in December of 2019. The seller did not get back to be until April of 2020. I realize that the Caronavirus did start showing up in China around the time I left the review so I will not be rating the speed of getting back to me due to this reason. I can say that the seller did offer to refund me or send me a new headset and was extremely pleasant to communicate with. For that I will give a 5 out of 5. I will give one gold star for customer service.4. DeliverySeller offered Amazon Prime. One gold star.5. OverallOverall this headset is fairly descent for the price. I will be taking one gold star for the fact that there are some missing pictures of this product still and I am a big fan of transparency when it comes to knowing the product you are buying.

These are so cute! They are well made and work well. They seem to be made to last.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this gaming headset while looking for one to replace my previous one that had its mic malfunctioning.While looking for a decent headset at competitive pricing, I found this headset on Amazon. As you can see in the picture, the headset comes with an instruction manual and a free connector (which is a nice touch on the seller's part).I was able to connect the headset to any 3.5mm headphone jack and/or two 3.5mm jacks for both mic and headset. USB cable attached helps with cool side ambient lights on the headset. (You won't be able to see it while playing gaming because it's on the side, but it's still cool)I do voice chats often on Discord for gaming and day trading in the morning. The headset delivers the sound loud and clear. You can hear other people really well with this headset.In terms of sound quality, it is good enough. Let's be real, you're not buying something like Bang & Olufsen, Bose, Harman Kardon, etc. here. Nonetheless, the sound quality is decent enough with a good level of noise cancellation that gives you a good focus for whatever you are doing. If you plan on hearing some heavy base music, you will hear the woofer sort of ripping like noise.I also like the nice touch on the microphone that can be traced back towards the headset for easier and safer storing. Mic quality is good as well, the others are able to hear me well while chatting.Overall, given how much I paid for the headset, I am satisfied with my purchase and the quality of the headset I received. Would recommend the others as well. As a matter of fact, my teenager brother is already stealing my headset for his gaming! hahaha
