I absolutely love this brand. I have used many other brands and I’m here to tell you not to even mess with those super cheap alternatives. Beetles is so long lasting, the colors are very pigmented, the polish is extremely easy to apply and not a single color that I’ve used has chipped. I will also say that I’ve never used their base and top coat because I’m loyal to the DND ones but I’ve paired the DND base and top with a couple different cheaper brands and they still chip and peel within days so I will always recommend beetles 100x’s over!

The smell isn’t too strong which is a plus side since my sense of smell is very high. This brand lasts longer compared to others I’ve tried thus far. I really like how there’s plenty of colors to choose from since I’m very indecisive myself. It dries fairly quickly under the UV light lamp I have also and the thickness of the product is more durable compared to other gels I’ve used. Would definitely recommend this brand for anyone looking to start a diy gel application at home !

The media could not be loaded. Not too bad for my first time creation huh? I love the colors and how fast, hard and shiny it cures. The stickiness throughout is normal y’all, just wait until you apply the top coat! It was a bonus to see this kit came with Matte top coat as well which I used on white for my toes! All the colors and top, matte and base coats I used, are all from this set. Small color bottles but a little goes a very long way! The base top and matte bottles are a lot bigger though! It’s perfect price and quality. Great brand. If you don’t like your nails after you can still gently peel it off within the next hour. After I do my nails I usually don’t do much with my hands for 24 hours to make sure it cures and sets. That’s just my personal preference and tip. I if you start washing dishes or showering right away it’ll start to peel eventually. I love how I apply it, cure it and I am out the door! I just make sure not to use my nails or wet them that much until a day passes. Nail polish who!?!? Hah Never again! Gels for life ! No more spending $100s of dollars either on getting my nails done!! I’m a pole dancer and single mom that uses my hands a lot so this is a huge come up for me to have long lasting, stronger nails that will have a chance to grow now. So happy I can’t wait until my nails grow more. I want to get every shade collection now!

Want to love these mini bottles but used on natural nails peeled in one day. This polish works better on false nails but some colors you really have to pack on the layers.

I love Beetles Gel Polish sets. You get a nice variety of colors for low cost. For those complaining about the size of the bottle, a normal full-size bottle of Gelish gel polish goes for about 18 dollars. You don't really need that much polish for full coverage. Use 2-3 thin layers. For those complaining about the polish not lasting. I routinely get two weeks of perfect nails out of it. I do put another clear coat on top after one week of wear. I type 40 hours a week for my job and this really holds up. HOWEVER, you need to properly prepare your nails and I have the following tips to get the best manicure.1. Gather all your tools/equipment/polish2. Put something down to protect the surface you are working on.3. Start with clean hands and equipment.4. Trim, file and buff your nails, dust off any debris.5. Apply a nail dehydrator and air dry nails before applying moving to the next step.:6. Apply base coat and cure according to manufacturer recommendation..7. Apply 2-3 thin layers of color, curing each layer per recommendation before applying the next. Use a manicure tool to remove any excess or overpaint on skin before curing.8. Top coat. Again cure per Manufacture's recommendation.This gel is either soak off or you have to use a drill. There will be instructions in your kit on how to remove the product.Here is a list of recommended tools/products to make the job easier.Don't use pure acetone.
