Super comfortable and I love the visor, I enjoy not having to wear glasses on my face and just have the visor. I wish there were more color options for the visor though, also bring down the price a bit, other than that, great hard hat !

super lightweight. currently not hot, so i cant attest to how well it vents. but there are many vent holes so it should be great in the hotter weather. looks cool and a solid helmet. definitely recommend.

Hubby says this helmet is very comfortable. We had purchased a cheaper one (about $80) just a week earlier that he hated - he said it was extremely uncomfortable. We decided to "bite the bullet" and spend the extra $$ for this one as several guys where he works had recommended it. It was worth it.The only reason he needed a new one is due to the newer OSHA regs regarding chin-straps. He really doesn't like having to use a chin strap, but if you are mandated to, this helmet is a good choice.Update: Hubby has been very happy with this helmet, but it is starting to stink from daily wear. He wanted to take apart the innards to wash the cloth parts, but it just says to "See Instruction Manual." There is NO manual - and when I did a web search looking for one, there was none to be found. What;s up with that???

Wore helmet for the first time while outside mowing and working in the yard this past weekend. The noise reduction headphones are a good item to add when purchasing the helmet. Besides reducing noise from tractor engine, they help to steady the helmet on my head making it a more secure fit. My purpose for purchasing the helmet is that I had two concussions take place within 80 days while working in my yard. The inner protective features of the helmet will hopefully protect my head in the event should I fall again.

I took the plunge and spent the money. And I am happy I did.I did have a small issue that I reached out to the company about, and they understood my issue completely and straight away. They sent me the fix just as quickly.I have 3 helmets for specific tasks:- At height on a lift, I have a bump helmet.- At height when I am climbing, a low profile climbing helmet.- On the ground, when climbers are overhead, the Studson.As with any PPE I own, I hope to never need it. Still, when you unbox it, all shiny and chrome, you want to have confidence in it straight away. That was my experience with my Studson. And their Customer Support just added strongly and positively to my confidence.

Very uncomfortable, if you need to wash them is a big problem because is falling apart I not like I wise I can return them

I've purchased products from Amazon for years and I've never provided a product review until now. After breaking a hardhat that I wore for over five years and purchased this one. I wore it for the first time today in the Texas 100 plus heat. This hardhat is by far the most comfortable I've worn and the coolest as well. I actually did not mind having it on. As far as the headlamp straps being upside down as one reviewer wrote, that is not the case. Anyone that is not new at wearing hardhats with lights strapped to them knows light straps tend to move upward due to the shape of the hardhat. Straps do not move down. The hooks on this hat kept my light secure from the point I attached it. If you wear a hardhat daily, as I do, I could not recommend this one more. It's well worth the extra price due to the comfort and ventilation.
