Standard Process Min-Tran, Nervous System & Sleep Support, 360 Tablets

I have struggled with anxiety (clinically diagnosed) my entire life and this is one of the few things that helps. I feel the natural calming effect from whole food quality ingredients. When I feel myself getting amped up (heart racing, flurry of thoughts), I take 1-2 of these and feel calm with 15-20 minutes. I usually take 2-3 every night before bed too and it has vastly positively affected my sleep patterns. I no longer wake up in the night as frequently or have trouble falling asleep. My chiropractor originally recommended these to me and I've since bought from the Standard Process storefront here on Amazon since it's a little cheaper. Overall would recommend, as these supplements are noticeably effective.

Love this brand, high quality ingredients. Even my young child can swallow them with water as they are not oversized, just average. They have a slight smell and taste if you don’t swallow right away but not an issue if you drink with water. They seem to help with what they are supposed to help with.

If I don't take three (or five) of these before sleep, I don't sleep. If I have them, I do. Natural ingredients are a must since I'd rather not sleep than take drugs or melatonin. I have used this product for years and I highly recommend it for daytime stress moments or nighttime dreamtime. It's wonderful that it is available in a 360 tablet bottle. I did like it beter though when the tablets used to be small and round. This shape is a little bit hard to swallow sometimes. But, overall I think Min-Tran is a great help and a great product.

my psychologist has me taking 3 of them 3 times a day on the first few days of my period. they are soooooo gross. they smell so so bad and taste even worse. there’s GREEN specs in it. i think they work tho.

I love this stuff. I take it daily as directed. Eases my muscle tension. I can’t live without it.

Recommended from my Ciropractor. Although of course on amazon isn’t costs less. I love this product, I’ve been taking it for a week so far. I don’t know what it’s doing, but I definitely feel more comfortable in my skin and I have been able to fall asleep a lot faster than before. I’ve already told my friends about it.
