This is an excellent olive oil that is very good for your health. It is particularly high in polyphenols compared to others which helps protect against inflammation, chronic diseases and potentially brain health. It has a unique, somewhat intense and peppery flavor which makes is a wonderful addition to a healthy, balanced diet. I particularly like the 3 liter container which is the perfect size for an active home kitchen and offers great value for money.

I watched a you tube dr. about helping the body work better, and it would help with weight loss. So for 2 weeks we used our olive oil that we had that had that little peppery taste in the back of the throat. But when I watched other people compare thoughts about this peppery tingle in the back of the throat, ours seemed to not be that strong. So I started looking for a different oil. I narrowed it down to three different ones that all seemed to have good reviews. So I randomly chose this one. The first time we took our Tablespoon on an empty stomach, oh my, the tingle was very strong compare to the one we bought at the grocery store. Only dropped 2 lbs the two weeks we were using the other oil. It's been three days since we switched.Got on the scale again, and in three days, I was down two more pounds. We also sleep better. We are taking a tablespoon of this olive oil, 3x a day on an empty stomach. This is not advice, only my personal experience. Love this oil. Will buy again.

Very good high quality Olive Oil. Has a very good taste and rich in polyphenols

This olive oil seems pretty good. It has an over really good flavor. The quality of the oil is great! I like the container, just wish it was easier to poor out. Like that is was made in the USA.

EXCELLENT oil flavor. A FAVORITE olive oil that we have also given as gifts and everyone loves the flavor.However, a 4 star becasuse of customer service and quality of the tin when arrived.FIrst time was perfect. Second tin so banged up it didn't want to sit up for storage. When I sent a message it was obvious the company did not give a HOOT about how it arrived.I have since ordered from another company which carries many oils, not this one, and their tins come with a two box system to protect the product.Also ATLAS does not add the POLYPHENOL counts on their products, which the other company does so I can shop for health with price in mind for a higher quality Polyphenol count product.Checked this Amazon page and also NO/NADA polyphenol count available.Taste a 5 star, Customer service a 1 star, Lack of Polyphenol count a 1 star, but I gave a 4 overall due to best tasting oil for Mayo and salads.

Very good Olive Oil

I love this oil. It takes the temperature very well. You can tell it's organic, does not leave an aftertaste. A little bit goes a very long way.

Im moroccan and i know the pure olive oil from the not pure by the colour,texture and the taste, this is a pure oil, thick and tasty,no disappointments,pricey but worth it
