The bad: They claim UL certified but my battery was not UL listed only CE listed. This game is played so often with chinese manufacturers. This was very important to me as I am worried about battery fires starting in my home. No way to contact the manufacturer or seller. The owners manaual has a page for contact info for warranty claims but the phone number, email and address are BLANK. Tried to Google them and nothing. Tried to contact them via Amazon and an Amazon rep said they would contact them, but nothing happened. I repaired the problem myself because I do not want to ship the bike back.The Good: Fast motor, solid bike, nice seat and well made. The only weak spot is the brakes, they are not made for the speed of the bike but they do slow you down and you will stop eventually.

I ride this bike all throughout the city. It's strong and stands up to potholes, curbs and hills. I'm 6'3" and 330# and this bike fits like a glove after adjusting the seat and handlebars. With me on it, on full power, with my phone plugged in and not peddling to help except on extreme hills, I was able to get 17 miles on a single charge before it started crapping out. I love this bike. I got saddle bags on it and I load them up and ride all over. I've had the bike a month and hope it keeps up like this.One caveat: after riding the bike for a few weeks you will want to get a professional setup at a bike shop. The new gear and brake cables stretch out and will need to be retuned. I expected that and it's totally worth it. I'll also be buying a spare battery, which the company has available on their store page. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase. I get compliments everywhere on how good it looks and a friend of mine is mad because his bike cost more and doesn't have any of the features this bike has.

What you get for $1050 is "fashion and cool progress time." Thats what is says on the bike, and its so true. The bike comes perfectly packed. I'm ~175cm and can stand flat footed on it perfectly. The 29" tires are a step up in speed. It came with its own tool kit for assembly. The bike is like a brand-new precision instrument. You have to tighten bolts and adjust cable breaks, as you would expect with anything your buying brand new. The 750W motor is amazing. Yes, 28 MPH on the factory tires on flat straight away. The bicycle battery is smart not to let you use it all up, once you go under half power, you cant go as fast, and thats good. It shows voltage, so for first time I can see what power I'm using. The throttle is so cool, and adds safety because you can move quick, if necessary, to be safe on roads. I got a flat after 2 weeks, and I'd recommend putting the sealant in the tire tube to avoid getting a flat. That did the trick. You'll need to purchase good, clear, eye protection because this ebike flies. I'm going to get rear view mirrors. You have to buy your own rear light, and I use the inertial-brake light for $25, and an 18mm wrench to, eventually, remove rear wheel, to add touring tires. It goes right up Seattle hills, with groceries load in backpack, with power to spare. In pedal assist mode around pedestrians, it delivers smooth and safe power. Catches people's attention when you have a smart phone on the handlebars with visible and audible navigation system in view. Folks never seen a bicycle like this, they think they're in the future. The included smart phone holder works really good, as I have had my heavy android in it, going over bumps, 18MPH, and smart phone stayed put, and a USB port right on the handlebar! You will get to know this ebike like a new life for you. You have to know how to adjust cable breaks and pads, and how to use a 4mm tool to remove rear brake to make adjustments/tighten bolts. It's ~50 lbs, so you have to get used to maneuvering it in elevators, no problems, the wheels are close enough that you can get on and off elevator OK and get in the corner.

Overall is good and the speed, but the tire can easily be flat! Tonight we just road on the pavement street and still caught something to create a leak with the cheap rubber soft tire.

The bike and the motor work great!However, on the gears and breaks, I am going to have to drop this by the bike shop to get the gears and breaks tuned up. Breaks are a bit loose and chain guide rattles on the back. Also, the highest gears only allow you to pedal up to 20mph. It's pretty good. But the low and med are basically useless in my situation of long trail riding.But the bike, oh man! Love it!The accessories work fine but could have used a bit more forethought. The horn is obnoxious and doesn't sound like a typical bike horn of any kind. No one recognizes it as a bike horn, so I am never using that and getting a normal bell. They put the headlight control in between the lcd control so you have to reach past it and it's a problem at high speeds. Also, the button combos aren't intuitive. And the power indicator doesn't make any sense.Still, those complaints are super minor. Not even the slightest bit dissapointed overall. I bought it for the bike and the pedal assist and those works flawlessly IMO. To me, it's not a big deal to need a tune up before the first ride. I would expect a bike from an actual physical store to be pre-tuned. But the factory, not so much. But the aesthetics could have used a little more forethought.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent packaging. No damage to bike. Very easy assembly. Very nice mountain bike. The black paint looks high quality. Excellent welds. Bike appears to be well made. Like the quick release seat and quick release front wheel. Comfortable seat with shocks. Fenders are okay, front fender a little rattle when on bumpy rides. Nice handlebars. Grips could be better. Nice display. Easy to use. Bike has decent torque in all PA Mode and throttle! Enough torque to get you off road and have you power through at good speed. Bike can get your over 20mph easy and quickly. Tires are great, definitely will swap out tires for best ride and less chance of flats. The power in motor is strong. Nice black rim with black spokes and silver nipples. The brakes are good. I like the horn and led light and cell phone holder/charger. I did 15 miles and was using throttle once and 3-5 PA modes and only used 2 bars. I went uphill and downhill on street and off road! I feel like the company is providing a quality product. High end, well maybe high end for entry level economical ebike. 48v 750watts is plenty for me to get to trails and back home without driving to park to ride. At this time no buyers remorse. I looked at 40+ e-bikes on Amazon and I feel like this company had the best option for me. 29” mtn bike with good mileage potential and wasn’t gone be underpowered. And cost less than $1500 - $3000. The bike looks way better in person. My aesthetic dislike is the company big logo on bottom tube. Ugly, bc it doesn’t blend in with bike! It s a visual sore spot. I like that the company didn’t put a logo on head tube ! Also the shimano thumb shifters are okay. A lil bulky. Bike is not hard to ride without PA and throttle. Of course it’s 55 lbs, so it will require conditioning. Would I by this buy again after purchase? Yes. I’m impressed with design and potential. Bike is awesome in trails. Excellent range!! After 100 miles stock setup I adjusted the controller options. Once you figure out how to tune bike, you can go extremely fast!! If you want the pedal assist to perform like mid drive style, you must adjust settings in controller. Bike has plenty options. Stock tires are better than I thought. Street gravel sand dirt have been good. Little slippery on wet roots. Also to stop the battery chatter on frame, insert foam between frame and battery, no need to unscrew. Put foam at bottom of battery mount. Then tape or strap battery and controller to frame. Knocks off 90% of ride noise. I will post video soon.
