JMAZ LP66S Crazy Par Hex 6 LEDs 6in1 RGBWA+UV Par Light for DJ Stage Wedding Party Uplighting

Recently, I purchased the JMAZ LP66S as a sample, as I was in the process of switching from RGB to RGBWA+UV lighting for my DJ rig, as well as uplighting. This light has it all and does not disapoint. I love that it has true amber and UV leds, as we get requests for those colors around this time of year. This fixture is also really well built and can take a beating (though I do not recommend intentionally throwing any light on the ground lol). It is super easy to program and has 15 color presets if you need a quick solution to finding the right color for any event. It also has the power sockets allowing you to daisy chain, eliminating those bulky extension cords that can be hard to hide. This model is also equipped with the IRC remote for manual mode. I personally just use the easy to navigate menu on the back to program it as it give you more control over the colors and mixing. The amber and rose functions on this light are absolutely gorgeous and will have your clients stunned by how amazing they look! If you need an affordable par can that can really do anything, this is your guy here. Best value on the market in my opinion!

For the price they seemed like a good light. Fans are loud and they are a little flaky, but then one of them stopped showing certain colors, and there is no way that I can find to deal with this through Amazon. Be careful who you order from.

The unit I received did not have the glass front as shown on Amazon—it was all plastic, with each LED in its own fresnel-style lens, with a hole in the center. It has a mostly-plastic casing and looks considerably cheaper than the Amazon pictures show.The unit is terrifying to use without DMX. The menu options are horrendous, although manageable. I feel as though the unit will sometimes switch modes without my prompts, although I imagine I have done something wrong, and the menu "timed out" or something.The remote control does not operate the light at all, as far as I can tell. The remote itself does work (confirmed by other objects viewing IR signals) but it will not operate the par light. There are no instructions in the user's manual for it.The user's manual is almost incomprehensible with its terrible English. It also misses many features of this light.The light produced is very even, with no discernible crossing or "hotspots" in the beam pattern. It is not the brightest par, but it can light up a small room by itself.The UV light is a little longer wavelength than I would like, although it does a fine job of illuminating UV-fluorescent paint and other objects.

I purchased 14 of these fixtures to hang on my 26ft truss. They have performed very well. Pretty bright, great features. I am especially happy with the UV option. So far, no issues however, I did have to send 1 defective fixture back for exchange, but JMAZ made it very easy. They immediately sent me a return label, with instructions. Great customer support.Pros: Packaged well, heavy plastic shell, very quiet fan, daisy chaining option for ACCons: Flimsy hanging bracket. When using the auto color changing function via dmx, the colors seem to glitch to the next, instead of smoothly gliding from color to color. If that makes sense.All in all, this is a good fixture. There are certainly MUCH more poorly built fixtures out there.I would recommend.

Great lights. Amber is a bit dim but not a deal breaker. These have a leg up on the competition at the local music store because the threaded bolt connectors for the bracket are metal. We’ve gone through several others that have plastic threads. The ones I received do not have one big piece of plexiglass like the picture showed instead each lamp has its own piece of glass. No big deal. I used these with DMX so I can’t speak to the ease of using the remote or the led display for selecting colors. I just set the address and each channel works like it should.

They have great range of color and are easy to use if you follow the instructions. I use them for our church youth room. great value for the price imo!

Not good

Me gustan los colores y la potencia sin embargo al sacarlas del empaque se sienten como un equipo barato. Suenan partes adentro, como si hubiese algo roto o dañado adentro. tambien en ocasiones pueden dar descargas eléctricas cuando se tocan las partes plásticas.
