Would Order Again
Ordered these a few months ago and I couldn't be more pleased with these boots. They are super comfortable while keeping my feet dry and the lace up give my ankles support. Working in a waste water unit I was skeptical of the materials but they've held up surprisingly well.

Failed just after a year of use, update Ariat replaced my boys under warranty quite promptly. These are very comfortable boots, 15,000 steps a day on concrete floors and I’m doing great.

Great work boots out of the box
Two months in, and here is my review. I waited two months, but I wanted to write this after twenty minutes wearing these around the farm:I am specifically non-brand loyal- I like to shop around and see what fits my lifestyle the best versus many product features like cost, comfort, etc. that help people choose products.. I had specifically left Ariat as the last brand I tried because I WANTED to like them. I made sure I tried everything first and had as much context as I could before I went with Ariat. Been through every name and no-name brand you can find- from Timberland, Wolverine, Caterpillar, RedWing, Smiths, etc etc etc etc etc etc, there are millions of boots out there. I like Ariat because of their brand history- I work as a agricultural farm mechanic, and I need boots that can survive field conditions day in and day out. Well, all the other brands are comfortable initially. Every brand aims high, starts out well enough, and then, sure enough, by hour five or six, your dogs are barking and you're DYING to get out of your boots and put your feet up.Well, Ariat, Thank you- Thank you for instilling patience I so greatly need to foster in my life. They were worth the wait- These Treadfast work boots are by far the most comfortable boots I've tried straight out of the box, to all-day, hardcore on-the-farm use. Myriads of different terrain, and these are solid on all. The soles have been soaked in hydraulic fluid and didn't slip. They've been caked in manure and hardened mud and a few kicks and a good brush and back to work they go. At the end of 12 hours, they are as solid as when I put them on in the morning.Lots of ankle support, still good range of motion, classic good looks, and great grip on all terrain. As far as longevity- I urge consumers to note the price- These are not $200-$300+ boots that you might expect to last years and years- these are down and dirty boots that are really good right out of the box and when you have to replace them, you don't have to feel bad because you can get these on sale for $100, and they're so so so so so so so so so so so far much better than anything else in THAT price range. For me- I'd buy a new pair of these over ones that may last a bit longer but I would be DEFINITELY SACRIFICING A LOT in terms of all day comfort, break-in period, etc.TLDR, these boots are a great compromise between cost and durability for ACTUALLY GREAT BOOTS.Plus, they're a historic women-owned USA company, BUY THESE ALREADY!!!!All the hate in the reviews here, and I can GUARANTEE they didn't put in the work I did for this review.Happy Farming!

Do not buy!!
Junk!! Item arrived in used condition. The box was in great shape but the boots were used and absolutely filthy with deep cuts and gouges in them. I am very angry over this since I waited for them and needed them ASAP.The boots would not be warm since these arrived with slashes and gouges out of themProbably not very protective since they arrived with slashes and gouges out of them.Fit is loose since they have slashes and gouges in them straight out of the boxWeight is pretty good since they have numerous gouges out the them. Definitely not water proof since they have large cuts and gouges in them.

Easy on the feet
These boots are wonderful comfortable and easy on the feet. One complaint is the tread doesn’t last very long, but I still managed to get a year out of them, but they were so comfortable. I couldn’t give it less than four stars.

Comfort for tough work environments!
Tough and comfortable work boots! Ariat makes these sturdy boots with tough work and punishing environments in mind.I use these boots to hike and work, in extremely rocky and rough areas and they hold up to the abuse for years! Waterproof, metal shank, rubber and steel toes round out these super-capable boots for whatever work throws at you!

Comfortable and waterproof
Boots were comfortable right out of the box. They are indeed waterproof, though they will fill up with water, and it will stay in the boot, if you don't have proper rain gear on. No fault of the boot, it holds water just fine. I've been wearing Thorogood's for over 10 years, but am now a fan of the Ariat line. These boots were affordable, they are comfortable, and are now my go to boots.

Disappointed
Love ariat as a brand. Really wish I would have worn these within the time allowed to return.... the bots as a while are great! The comfort isn't that great. The material over the upper part of the toes is way too tight. Forget about kneeling over in them. You'll loose blood flow so fast. I got wide and a size larger than I wear in boots and still are very uncomfortable. Sad day lol

Husband Loved them
My husband was very pleased with these, and I will be ordering more once they are back in stock.

Good quality boots.
Good shoes, a little expensive. The size fits me well if not a little bit large, but I bought them for winter, so an extra pair of socks fits perfectly. These have poor traction on snow and Ice. I bought a pair of Georgia Boots which have great traction. These may be good for mud or other conditions, but you may as well try to stand on a toboggan. The first picture is the Georgia Boots that I trust trekking through the snow with, this pair will wait for spring and yard and field work. The second picture are these boots which are very comfortable. But twisted my back up trying to maintain balance.
